LaVega Beauty Wellness & Cosmetics Studio Policies 1. Appointments & Cancellations • - Book at least 24 hours in advance. • - Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. • - No-shows and late cancellations will forfeit the deposit or be charged a fee. 2. Deposits & Payment • - A non-refundable deposit of $9 is required to secure your appointment. • - Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, or Card. Full payment is due at time of service. 3. Late Policy • - 10-minute grace period allowed. • - After 10 minutes, appointment may be canceled or shortened and charged accordingly. 4. Clean Space Policy • - Shoes off at the door, please. • - Feel free to bring socks or indoor slippers. 5. Health & Safety • - Do not book if experiencing illness, fever, rash, or open wounds. • - Waxing is not recommended if using Accutane, Retin-A, tretinoin, or recent chemical peels. • - Disclose all medications and skin concerns in your intake form. 6. Children & Guests • - Only clients receiving services may enter the studio. • - No extra guests or children, please. 7. Conduct Policy • - Respectful behavior is expected. • - Inappropriate or disruptive conduct will result in termination of service. *I understand things happen. Please communicate with me.*
